A manual for the Standard Rotary is available for sale here.

In July of 2002 I saw this treadle on eBay, and fell in love with it.  It was ending the evening before I was leaving for the Oxford, OH TOGA, so bid on it since I could take a small detour and pick it up.

To my surprise, no one bid against me, and I became the lucky owner of one beautiful Standard Rotary treadle sewing machine!  I was ecstatic and immediately emailed the seller to make arrangements to pick it up the next day.

The next morning I left for OH with two of my grandsons, several sewing machines, lots of luggage, and a tent!  We stopped in Washington, PA and and picked up a White Rotary in the beautiful Mount Vernon cabinet, that I had bought off eBay a few weeks before.  We then headed for Orrville, OH to pick up my Standard Rotary.

I love sewing on my Standard Rotary treadle, and have never regretted buying it.  I was lucky to find the chain stitch spider and throat plate that go to it, and am now able to do chain stitched red work on it.
